Our practice is comprised of two talented lawyers. Attorney Jerome D. Stark has been practicing law for over 30 years and handles the bulk of our litigation practice. He is an AV® Peer Review Rated* attorney with extensive experience in the courtroom, having tried 100 civil cases and handled dozens of appeals. Attorney Mervyn Y. Encarnacion is focused on transactional work, including assisting clients with real estate, secured transactions and complex contracts matters.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we offer evening and weekend hours by appointment. Consultations at your business, home or property are also available. We accept all major credit cards.
We are located near the Main Place Shopping Center, close to the Orange County, federal and 4th District Court of Appeals courthouses.
