Together, the attorneys of Jerome D. Stark, P.C., bring over three decades of experience to our clients. Our firm is devoted to providing high-quality and knowledgeable legal counsel to individuals and businesses throughout Orange County and Southern California in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate administration and litigation, and civil litigation and appeals.
Attorney Jerome Stark focuses on our litigation practice and has been practicing law since 1975. An AV® Peer Review Rated* attorney, he is seasoned litigator admitted to appear in the state and federal courts of California. Over the course of his career he has tried over 100 civil cases and taken dozens of cases up on appeal, all the way to the California Supreme Court.
Attorney Mervyn Encarnacion joined the firm in 2005 and focuses his work on our transactional law practice, including the areas of secured transactions, complex contracts and real estate. He is also admitted to appear in all both state and federal courts in California and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
